All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Shipping & Delivery

 

We ship worldwide and do our best to get your order to you quickly! Generally your purchase is shipped out within 1-3 business days. All orders ship from our warehouse from Monday through Friday (we do not ship or deliver on weekends).  ​​

Please understand that we do not guarantee delivery time, only the postal service does. We offer UPS, FedEx, USPS and EMS Shipping. After confirmation of payment, processing, and handling, shipping takes 3-4 weeks, most times earlier depending on the shipping company you choose. Once an order is shipped out we will provide the buyer the tracking number for their package and they can track and see the delivery date and time for their package. Also delivery time depends on the shipping company you choose, so some packages may take longer than normal to arrive especially during holiday season but they will all show up. If your item is seized or destroyed by customs in your country, we can only send the item again for a half payment of the item. Please be advised if you were asked to pay custom duty, it is the buyers responsibility and not ours. 

 

Your country’s customs office and post office may take several more days to process your package after it arrives . It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep track of the where abouts of their package, and ensure that you or your designate is present to receive the delivery from your post office when it arrives, we also track and follow up with your orders.

We are not responsible for the delay in the final delivery of the package to you. Customs duties, taxes and other charges that may be collected at destination country are not part of the shipping cost, but the responsibility of the buyer. All being said, once your package is out of our door, it is out of our hands and there is not much we can do but only to track and follow up with your orders. Please understand that this is not an easy decision for us to make. Please ensure that you are aware of what these charges are before making your purchase. 

 

We always hope for the best and have never had any complaint from our buyers about customs, but if your item is seized or destroyed by customs in your country, you can pay a half payment of the item and we will send it back again to you.

Payment Policy

 

We accept payment by PayPal, bank transfers. All orders will be processed and completed only upon receipt of payment. Placing an item in the shopping cart alone does not prevent another buyer from purchasing the item as long as you have not made your payment.

Order Non-fulfillment

​

There may be some cases in which AMALUXURY is unable to fulfill an order. This may be caused by damage or loss or for other reasons of the merchandise purchased before the date of shipping. If AMALUXURY cannot fulfill an order for any of the aforementioned reasons, AMALUXURY maintains the right to cancel the transaction. Your full order amount will be refunded within the normal processing time frame. In addition, any merchandise purchased in which the order cannot be fulfilled will not be subjected to a refund above the exact amount of the order. By purchasing products on our site, you agree not to hold AMALUXURY responsible for any damages associated with an order not being fulfilled.

AMALUXURY does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. AMALUXURY does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

 

Limitation of Liability

Typographical Errors

In the event that a AMALUXURY product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, AMALUXURY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. AMALUXURY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, AMALUXURY shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

 

Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by AMALUXURY without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

 

Use of Site
